Richard Descours

Richard Descours is a fashion designer with a passion for artistic design and luxury product development. He graduated from Studio Berçot in 1999 and continued his education at IFM (Institut Français de la Mode). At IFM, he honed his skills, mixing a strong business acumen with his artistic approach to design.

In his fashion creations, he blends heritage, whimsical graphics, and modernity. Drawing from French cultural legacies, he infuses playful elements, creating wearable art. Beyond aesthetics, his designs reflect societal values, advocating sustainability and inclusivity. Embracing the beauty of fusion, he weaves together tradition and progress, aiming to inspire others and make a lasting impact.

Over the past 15 years, he has had the privilege of working with esteemed fashion houses such as Carven, Sonia Rykiel, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne, Balmain, and others. These experiences not only allowed him to develop his unique aesthetic but also gave him access to specialized tools and techniques.

Today, he works as an independent consultant, specializing in creative direction, sustainable fashion, and artisanal embellishments, with expertise in product and business development. He is also a fashion stylist for magazines and brands.
